Goodyear Auto Service

After having to get my car from one repair shop to Goodyear, I was really frazzled. However, the guys here were really nice and checked my car for the issue the other guys told me was going to take $250 to fix and they told me that everything was fine with my car and that maybe the drive from the one repair shop to theirs might have juiced up my battery. They told me they'd keep it overnight and check it again in the morning and go from there. Since I wasn't going to have my car, their complementary shuttle took me back to my apartment and will pick me up to take me back to store once everything gets settled with my car. Both of the guys who talked to me were pleasant and really understanding of my situation.

I hated my experience here. I stood at the counter waiting for service for about 20 minutes and no one ever came to see about me. I ended up calling their phone and someone answered and I asked him of he could come to the front and tend to his customers. Finally he came along. But I was so mad and irritated at this place I just left and got service else where.
