Good-N-Crisp Chicken

I visited this restaurant on 11/13/16 around 4:40p. I went to the women's room prior to ordering. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't clean. There was no soap to wash my hands. I almost walked out at that point, but I didn't in hopes there was a sink with soap in the kitchen prep area.

The second thing I noticed was the ventilation system was not working well and the inside was smoky and the odor of fried food was present.

I ordered the clam basket to go. I watched the gal at the counter, she took my money and then served up orders all while wearing gloves. That would have been fine if after she took my money she would have changed her gloves. I will not order that again. The clams were very chewy. I felt I wasted my $8.00.

I have had their chicken before and it was good. This experience was not.

The service was pleasant and courteous. We had quit going there for a couple of years because of service and incomplete orders. But today we were tired and I didn't want to go to far for food. I should have. The biscuits were hard and the Cole slaw was terrible. The chicken fingers were too crispy. Guess we will have to quit again, this time, for good.

The food was good but I think the food could have been better. Other than that it was a good place for me to drive up and fulfill my craving for the day.

Not only did this establishment ruin my mood for the day they also enjoy ganging up and abusing other employess. I was on vacation when I had the unfortuate opportunity to witness 3 African american girls abusing another worker and laughing about it together!They purposely dropped items on her head!!!what kind of employment keeps this sort of rascist bullys??Manager ignored entire situation and seemed to blame the victim!! I would never eat there again and am seriously considering reporting them for the nasty food which incidentlally made my whole family ILL!!!!Where are the damn kitchen cops when you need them!

Disgusting. For one, the whole kitchen is completely unsanitary and the people handling the food are rude and disrespectful. I went to eat there today and found a long brown hair in my food. not bothering to tell them about it because they are not the kindest of people. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

We came in with a group of workers. Cashier tells he hopes we order a huge order, not single orders, just rude. The lady handing out the food telling customers to walk to her cause she wasnt going to take another 2 steps to give them their food, saying if we couldnt get up we should of gone through drive thru, seriously. Just to find out shes the manager. We went in before about 2 weeks ago, waited 10 minutes and walked out. No one asked if we needed anything. Who wears a tank top behind a counter in a fast food restaurant, just ghetto.

Stopped in for a late lunch from the drive through at 3:11PM. Ordered a 4 pc tender dinner with okra and slaw. Had to wait so I thought I would be waiting on fresh chicken. Got home to find cold, tough, dried out chicken and no gravy. Okra was hot and good. Slaw was old and wilted. I did not have fries so really did not need ketchup, but I had five packagse. Also had five packs of salt, enough for a week of sodium intake and four packages of black pepper. I do not plan to go back.

Who rates these places for the best of the best? This is for sure not one of them.

Rate Poor to Excellent. Nothing against young help but in the past month the young help sure have an attitude. How fresh is the chciken? Answer: in the past hour! Ask for additional pieces? This is how it comes! Attitude! Don't talk to me that way! If the chicken, especially the strips stay out to long they are tough and then the young help want to give you pieces. At $1.00 per strip, hard, tough, pieces don't get it. Looks like anything goes for the tourists but want to run off the regulars that live on the island. Where is the management?
