Frog's Pool Service

By far the WORST. They always half assed my pool and it never stayed clean longer than a day after he came. Constantly smoking or chewing while doing his job. Very unprofessional over all. They would talk to us like we were stupid and we have prior experience with pools and knew what they were talking about already. I would not recommend them to anyone very disappointed with their services.

They were BY FAR THE WORST pool service I have ever had. They charged me $170 and barely lasted 7 days and that was with constant phone calls and at the end my pool was exactly the same as when I first called them... still needing to be cleaned. They were rude beyond belief and the most unhelpful people in the business! I called to see what was going on with my pool and how much longer before it would be ready adn before I could even get the question out the owner gets on the phone and says that apparently he cant make me happy and because of that he would no longer be comming out and he would send me a full refund. I got a check in the mail for $42 because he says he came 3 times and was charging me weekly. He came out on a thursday and I had to call to see what had been done and they came out the following thursday which again I had to call cause the pool didnt look any different and still needed to be vaccumed out so they said they would come out Friday and I dont even know if they showed cause still there was no change in the pool. Even if you go off that last i checked thursday and friday fall in the same week which means I should have at least gotten back at least $85 although being that my pool was still dirty and had no change I think i should have gotten the full refund as I was told. After that they start screening your phone calls so they dont have to deal with you! If you want someone in the business for you and actually does his job and does it well call Bob Love @ APS, America's swimming pool company(361-774-4142) they are the best!

The Frogs pool service folks are lazy/dishonest and lack pool knowledge in general. I don't understand the good reviews, but ask any reputable pool dealer/store and they will tell you the same. I replaced Frogs with Holiday Pool and they were better with both service and price. Many options in Corpus to choose from, just don't waste your time with Frogs.

My husband and I have always wanted our backyard to have a Bali style theme and Frog's Pool Services helped us achieve this. They were so great in allowing us to completely design how we want our pool to become and of course they gave us their input and expertise. I was amazed how fast they worked and the end result. I want to thank Jaime and Mark for being so wonderful and their staff. We've had several backyard parties, since they finished the pool. Now we can't get friends and family to leave!!!

We just wanted to share a few thoughts about our experience with Frog’s Pool Service. When we began our search for a pool company to build our pool; like many we interviewed a couple of companies and of course asked friends and neighbors who had pools for recommendations. Mark’s name came up by a couple of people who highly recommended we give him a try.



We called Frog’s Pool Service and were pleasantly surprised. You and Mark quickly set an appointment and listened to what our ideas and plans were for how we wanted to incorporate and use a swimming pool, spa, fire pit and patio in our backyard. Although we had some ideas and pictures of pools we liked we were not sure what pool design we really wanted. Mark came back with a beautiful and unique design that we had never really seen before. We finally had our “wow” moment when we looked at Mark’s design and plans for our backyard.



Aside from the design we were excited about; one thing about Mark that stood apart from the other companies we had interviewed was his knowledge an explanation about the entire building of the pool process. No one had taken the time to explain everything that went into building a pool. Even when we didn’t have the questions to ask, Mark offered information about pool design and the inner workings of building a pool so we could keep that in mind in our decision.



We knew we had to use Frog’s Pool Service to fulfill our dream. We are glad we did. We were so impressed with Mark’s attention to detail and the courteous and respectful staff that were at our home during the project.



Jaime you were so helpful in finding out information for us when we started choosing our color and material scheme, and listened to the ideas and choices we had in mind to help us find the right materials.



Mark’s pool design, spa and fire pit are just what we had envisioned with little extras along the way to perfect them. The crew you used to install our paver patio was great and completed the look we had only hoped for.



Thank you so much again, for extending and enriching our living space. We absolutely love our pool, and spend many hours in our back yard!
