Dr. Gerard W. Boynton, MD

I love Dr. Dubberly so much. He cares about his patients and spends time with them. I really feel like I'm getting taken care of as his patient. The downside of this practice though is the wait time. Usually, I wait a minimum of two hours past my appointment and have waited up to five hours. The front staff are very busy and often times talk to patience on the telephone about things that really should be discussed behind close doors, not in the lobby. The practice truly feels like a rat race with everyone going in every different direction. Their processes need to be improved upon greatly and the only reason I stay is because of Dr. Dubberly, who seems to do everything he can, but can only do so much.
