Horrible Service! I should have never tried this place. Wasted my time and money!

My SNS nail polish came out feeling very rough and had a strange color to it. When I asked the woman if she could take off the paint she admitted that she used an old SNS paint bottle on my nails. My paint was removed after a 40 minute soak in acetone and the glue would not completely come off of my hands. The woman asked if they could re do my nails, but I opted not to since I was pressed for time already.

I asked if I could be charged for my pedicure (which actually came out half decent) so I could just get out of there. Then they charged me an additional $5 fee to remove my prior SNS color. (A fee which is not even displayed on their service/ price wall). As I was trying to explain the fact that this additional price was not listed on the wall, the man charged my card the 30 dollars anyway and said that if I didn’t pay, they were going to call the police on me!

I told them that they couldn’t just make up prices and they were terrible when it came to customer service. I realized I was dealing with complete ignorance, paid, and walked out.

I thought about the principal of this whole situation and decided that I was going to just write a review about my experience, but I wanted to snap a quick photo of the price wall before I infact wrote my review.

When I walked in and lifted my phone to snap my photo of the price wall, the man that works there actually RAN around the counter screaming and Grabbed me by my arm! He told me to get out and tried to push me out of the door.

Luckily I had actually pushed record on my phone and captured this entire fiasco on video. Needless to say the authorities arrived and asked me how I wanted to handle the situation since it was captured all on film. I opted to not press any charges, but I asked that he be made aware of the seriousness of this matter and that he be warned to never grab any other future patron in that manner again.

My friend and I came for nail service here for the first time. We both did not know how it was going to be like, but after the service we loved the service here. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My friend's shellac nail and pedicure look splendid. My solar nail and pedicure was beautiful. The girl really cleaned my lip and eyebrows wax. Even after nearly three weeks, our nails are still with us with only a small chip on my left little toe.

My friend and I had been hopping around to find a nail salon to help us with our needs for clean and beautiful nail. We both agreed to stick with this salon because of their quality of service. Both of our gel nail and pink & white lasted almost four weeks now. Their eyebrows, lips, and bikini waxes are neatly shaped and cleaned. If we don't mentioned their pedicures, it would be a huge lost. The top pedicures we had was cleaned and relaxing.

After trying out several nail salons in the nearby location, we finally came to a great nail salon that my mom and I are happy with. Why are we happy ?



The answer is simple. Great Services!!!



Even after nearly a month, our nails are still in tact. My mom had the two tones (pink & white), eyebrow, underarm, full face wax, and deluxe pedicure. I, on the other hand, had gel manicure with French tips, eyebrow, underarm, Brazilian bikini wax, and pedicure with some amazing designs on both my toe and hand nails. The nail tech did a fantastic job shaping our eyebrows, cleaning away our underarms, and sweeping all the way "Down Under". They trimmed to neatly shape our cuticles like no other salons in the neighboring area. They buffered away and took nearly all my dried/dead skin under our feet.



After more than a month, I came back for nail services with my best friend. Again, they did a wonderful job! My best friend was thrill and happy after the service. What an amazing nail salon job well done!!!

I have been coming to this salon for along time. I recently came for manicure gel & pedicure jobs. It was the worst service I had received from a nail salon. My hand gel fell off in 2 days. Cuticles around my nails were partly trimmed, and my heels still had some dried dead skin hanging. The worst part was when I let the nail tech knows about my situation, she gave me an attitude. I had spoken to my friends who also come to the shop. They also had similiar experience with different nail techs. The new nail technitians are inexperience. Unlike the nail tech the shop had before. Before there were Rosie, an artistic and great doing acrylic nail. Then there were Tammy, another artistic individual, great at manicure gel/pedicure and especially very gentle at waxing. There are a lot of nail tech around town, but it is hard finding a nail tech who can do a great job.
