I had come in for a oil change for my Lexus. The service provided was very good. I am definitely going back.

ALWAYS received honest, dependable service. Work is done exactly as promised and always on time. I would not consider going anywhere else to maintain our Hondas.

took my car for a review of an engine emergency light and not only diagnosed it, but only charged what he felt was fair when he then recommended I check to see if it was covered under warranty.

I've been bringing my Toyota Corolla here for years and I've never once had a bad experience(Got my transmission heavyduty work and engine problems taken care of here) with either the service or the people.My high mileage (235K) car is still running like a top and these guys are helping me keep it that way.I now live an hour's drive from the Pleasanton area and still drive all the way here for car service. I highly recommend Auto Mechanic Service Plus!!!!!

Each time I come in, I am more impressed than the last time. The team here is responsive, flexible, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.



They have a nice place to sit to work and have a great cup of freshly brewed coffee.



Lastly, they have a teacup chihuahua that plays fetch!



They are a pleasure and an awesome value. My last trip, which I expected to cost in the hundreds, cost me $26.70!

We stick with you because we feel you are dependble,

honest, and provide excellent service. Lately we have

not been able to come across any coupons to use when

our car/truck are serviced.

I dropped in for an oil change, got in and out quickly, and got some honest advice regarding my older car's needs - which services can wait (and how long), which are more urgent, approximate cost, and discounts to take advantage of. As a female, I always feel like the staff is there to help me, and is honest; I never feel they take advantage of me. They're the best!

Auto Mechanic Service Plus gave it's usual fantastic service.In all areas including customer service (great coffee and internet access), friendly and knowledgeable explanation of what was needed to fix the problems, fair pricing and "over the top" work!!!!

We bring both of our Toyotas here for service. They are always professional, prompt and honest.

My last visit I thought I heard a problem with my brakes? The owner went on a test drive with me. Did a full inspection, removing the tires etc. Reassured me my brakes were still fine and charged me nothing!!

I just had a minor service this week - replacing a head light - and called Precision to see if they were available to change out the bulb. I was advised to come on in within the next 45-60 minutes and they could accommodate this for me.



A reasonable estimate was given to me in writing. When the car was ready I was surprised to find out the actual work done took a bit less time on their part and would actually cost a bit less than anticipated!



I was pleasantly surprised at the more than fair pricing and the refreshing honesty provided and will definitely return in the future.

I have been taking my Honda Accord here for much of its maintenance for years. This is my 2004 model.I started by taking my earlier Honda there years ago.

Auto Mechanic Service Plus is the best - my car is well cared for, the price for services are more than fair, and the personnel are friendly and respectful. I'll never take my Honda anywhere else!!!!!

I only needed a standard check up with a additional couple minor maintenance items, but they handle it quickly, provide a morning drive back to work, and keep an eye on future maintenance needs (e.g. projection for next brake maintenance, etc.). I continue to be pleased with their technical excellence and friendly and professional customer service.

consistently delivers only the best service. I called and within a day was able to bring my car in. Not only were the repairs made quickly, but they were able to drive me home and back while my car was being worked on. I needed to be back home on this particular day because I had a home delivery scheduled. By 11:00 am I had my car serviced, and a home delivery done, and was ready for my 12:00 appointment at the bank. Simple and easy,
