Miguel's Cocina is a restaurant located in the courtyard of the historic El Cordova Hotel. Founded in 1982, it offers a variety of Mexican dishes in a patio setting. The restaurant offers a range of appetizers that includes quesadillas, nachos, flautas and Mexican-style shrimp cocktail. It also offers a variety of entrees that includes carne asada, jalapeno shrimp, shrimp fajitas and jumbo shrimp enchiladas. The restaurant s additional dishes include tostada grande, chimichangas, vegetable cheese enchiladas, flautas, chile verde burritos and fajitas. It also provides a range of desserts that includes flans, mud pies and fried ice cream. The restaurant offers its facilities for rent for organizing various social gatherings, such as weddings, corporate dinners and retirement parties. Miguel's Cocina is a part of the Brigantine Family of Restaurants and is located in Coronado, Calif.
