I have been going to this tire shop for 8 years they have kept my 1993 Chevy Lumina going most recently repairing the transmission. The owner never forgets your name and the staff treats you with the upmost respect. I do not trust anyone else in all of Queens with my car.
Just Awful, little to no customer service and when they finally decide to talk to you they are RUDE. They have inept mechanics. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! You will regret it. Also they are not 24 hours, showed up at 6am for an alignment was told to wait till 8:00 then they refused to honor their advertised price.
This is a great business for women to know about. I knew about their location on Merrick Blvd in Jamaica but I did not know they were open 24/7 including holidays on Northern Blvd until my girlfiend and I came out to a flat tire late on Sunday afternoon. These guys were so nice to us. The waiting room is beautiful and air-conditioned, the bathroom is clean and the price was so resonable. I am staying with this chain for all my tire and repair needs.
