        Went into Modern Nissan of Lake Norman on December 12, 2017. I dealt with ALEX the manager and he was awful. Terrible customer service, unproffesional, cocky, he actually thought that he was doing me a favor and I am the customer, really ???

        Everyone else there is great, sales team, the other managers, finance, etc. But it just took for that manager ALEX to make me feel bad in order for me to purchase my car somewhere else.

        Everything else can be great but just that one employee can screw everything up.
