Chapter 2 Boutique

While Chapter 2 does have some good quality clothing at reasonable prices, there return policy is in my opinion, horrible. First of all you can only get store credit, ever and they will only take a return for that credit within 14 days. We shopped there quite regularly until recently we were unable to make a return outside of the 14 days due to being out of town on vacation. We were a very established customer who they knew by name and they would not even consider taking the return. It's unfortunate but we have decided to take our business elsewhere as a result.
