I contacted Bill Shaw this past Monday for a quote for installing an Electronic Hot Water valve on my hot water heated. I had concerns of my hot water heater leaking due to it being installed in the attic. He quoted me a price over the phone, and I asked if he could come on Wednesday morning. He said he could and arrived on time. He installed the valve, showed me how it operated and cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner after the job was done. This was a great experience. He was on time, excellent work, cleaned up and the quoted price from two days before was to the penny. I will use him again for any future plumbing problems.

I also recommend Mr. Shaw. I have used some big name chain plumbers before but I will only use Shaw Services from now on - he took a genuine interest in my plumbing problems and his prices were very reasonable.

I've tried several plumbers in the past 20 years since moving to the area, but Shaw Services is undoubtedly the best - prompt, courteous, neat, clean, Christian, amiable, really informative and genuinely wants the best possible solution for his customer. I definitely this company 100%!
