On September 10, 2016 signed a contract for Jerry to add two new windows where none are existing now. He did a portion of the work but never finished and I still do not have the windows. He has kept lying to me about the windows first being the wrong size and then the company that had the windows were out of town etc. etc. Now he will not answer phone calls, email or text. I did pay him in full because I was leaving town and he was installing them the next day! Ha! He never intended to buy the windows and finish the project. He took my money and disappeared. I do not know how he sleeps at night. He is the ultimate con man and gives other contractors a bad rep. If I had endless amounts of money, I would sue him, but I have to pay someone else to finish what I have already paid for once. He is a sick human being. Do not use.

I paid him $19k +/- to do a job. He did about $6k of work (terribly) and never came back. He is a FAMILY member to boot!! RUN! He asked for the money upfront, did some work and never showed back up because he said he underbid the job. Not only did he not finish but he also did terrible work and broke a few things. Lied to me the whole time about coming out and finishing the job. The problem is I don't want to spend anymore money trying to get my money back.I had to hire another contractor to finish the job which seems to be a better way to spend the money I was going to try to get my other money back from him with. Do your self a favor and do not fall for his bid (that's better than any other bid that you get). Absolutely do not use Jerry. It breaks my heart to even say this but I have to let other people know. I've prayed about how to address this and since I can't take him to court and get my money back at least I can protect other people from falling in the same trap!!! -
