Midsouth Urgent Care

I was having body aches as if I was coming down with a cold, & I decided to visit Mid South Urgent Care. The staff was awesome from the time I signed in. The doctor I saw was Dr Wayne & he was so friendly. I will be back for any medical needs in the future. Y'all have an awesome staff...

I must say I don't know what Angie is complaining about the staff and espiecially the nurse practioner Bobbie is a tremendous provider! She thoroughly checked me when I thought I broke my finger and when I had majorly strained a muscle. She has so much care for her patients. She called me the following days after I saw her just to check on me and see if I needed anything. Noone does that anymore. That is what I call a caring and compassionate person. If I could go to her for all my needs I would. The nurses and staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them to everyone. You will not only be treated as a patient but family! Job well done by the awesome staff!!! :)

I have visited this UC on a Monday and a few of the staff are rough around the edges, it took the guy at the front desk 45 mins to check me in and talked so LOUD on the phone I was scared for my personal information, but once I got to the back the nurse and the provider the blk skinny tall lady was SIMPLY AMAZING got me in and out and did everything I opened my mouth and asked for i don't know what Angie issue was but she must have had a bad morning. I referred my co-worker on a Friday and she was treated by a Dr. working she could over hear him call someone on the phone to teach the girl how to give me a breathing treatment after seeing the little machine I thought to myself who can't work this little toy, my daughter can work that. I sat and waited til she got off the phone and went ahead with the rest of my services. I would have thought a Dr. would know how to work a breathing machine.

So, I just left here with my 12 year old daughter who cut her hand open...this place is awesome! The young lady behind the counter was helpful and kind..the nurse practioner was absolutely awesome with us! She treated my daughter gently, and respectfully. She did an excellent job with the stitches, and made us feel ver comfortable. Not sure what Angie had issues with, but it seems that she is one of the types of patients that knows more than the doctors...oh well...I WILL return, and in fact, on the way home, my daughter asked me if we can begin going there as a primary....job well done...bravo to the staff!!

My son had a sore throat he was seen by his pediatrician who said it was not strep and refused to prescribe antibiotics. I took him to mid south urgent care on houston levee because he was not getting better. The excellent physician there promptly administered a strep test which was positive! He prescribed antibiotics and now my son is better. I highly recommend this facility .
