It really is irritating to have the address, phone number and name of a business, only to get continually routed/re-directed to some service you have to pay for to get more information about a particular business.
For example, why should I have to PAY you for the fax number or any other information that at least USED to be entered in the physical book itself, Yellow Pages, in the (quarter-page?) advertisement for that business?
Why do approximately one-third of my look-ups on-line end up with incorrect information, addresses, phone numbers, etc? My best course of action, for my own mental well-being, is to quit using it. The on-line look-ups (with the incessant, inevitable redirection) is not worth the time or effort. *I've wasted another five minutes writing this*.

This rating can apply to the business as well, as it would seem they may not have given you their fax number ... and they are not very thorough in their information getting, confirmation or telling the initial business that a bill was paid or not. *Like most everyone else, they don't care about anybody but themselves, and the only "problem" is YOUR problem ... nothing is any fault of theirs.

I guess to summarize, your customer service (on-line "Yellowpages.com"), or at least the information provided, is sorely lacking in accuracy and user friendly assistance/help. As for the businesses, people and other information you provide ... I guess you can only do with what you are given.
