After a decade, my husband and I are leaving this agency. I was generally happy with them, and really liked Tom and Marty but their agent, Robin made working with them impossible.

I added a car to my policy and 6 weeks later I received a letter from DMV saying that my license was suspended. When I called Robin, she stated that I never called her to add it. After I sent her the ID card (which she sent me), she then said that the reason why I received the letter was because my policy was canceled for not paying it. When I verified that my policy was in force (I had to call the company myself) I called her back and she put me on hold and disconnected me. I then called back again (third time) and told her that I needed my license fixed. She told me to “relax” and put me on hold yet again. Or at least she thought she did. While thinking that she put me on hold, she took a cell phone call (apparently from her husband) and told him that she had a “jerk” on the phone and had to go. In reality, she used a much more detestable word. When she picked up the phone, I repeated her conversation to her husband to her. I asked to speak with her boss and never got a call back. I don’t even think she told them
