Royal Palm OB/GYN

Horrible experience. Doctor and staff are incompetent, rude, have no empathy, disorganized, do not listen, do not read your file before meeting with you and do not remember you or your situation in the short time betwen initial visit and follow-up a few days later. Doctor Zafran seems perpetually confused and flustered. Recommendation is to stay away if you value your health.

This is the worst medical office i have ever been to.Every appointment i had i waited over an hour to be called in.Most of the staff is rude and unpleasant! They called me and rescheduled my appointment three times just to get test results.DO NOT GO THERE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Go to omega woman center.m

When I first got pregnant and went to an ob-gyn, I went to someone who went out of their way to scare me and make me feel stupid. One of my friends told me to try her Doctor and see how I felt after meeting him. So, I did. I met Dr. Bruce Zafran of Royal Palm Ob-Gyn and had a long talk about everything that bothered me. He assured me that if at any time I felt uncomfortable, I could leave and not have to worry. He answered any and all questions I had and gave me his e-mail address to send him messages when ever I had a question. He and his staff are very compitent and capable of doing their job of making you comfortable. Because I went to them, my pregnancy turned out great. I would travel cross country to go to them because they make me feel good about being a mom and having a baby. They may not have a luxury waiting room but it is worth the wait for someone who treats you like a real person with real needs rather than make you feel stupid. With all the Doctors there, I am sure ther is one that will fit you.

Stay away!! This place is horrible.
