Finally a South Florida company that understands the meaning of professionalism and customer service. They installed my new AC unit quickly and as scheduled over a year and a half ago. I recently had problems and called them to come have a look. They identified a faulty air handler motor and replaced it within 2 hours and everything was covered under the original warranty. The technicians are courteous and just as important they speak the English language which meant I understood exactly what they were telling me and I knew there was no doubt they understood my questions. This is the only company I will use for my HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

Mike came over to look at our AC unit. It died, I was swetting like crazy with my wife and we were just married. He hated to tell us, that the town house we purchased had a VERY old AC unit, and he didn't think it was repairable and was in need of replacing. They gave us their price. It wasn't the highest, it wasn't the lowest. But he assured me it wouldn't change and they had been around over 25 years. Family run business. That meant a lot to me. So they came out with a crane and a team of guys the next day, and replaced the old unit. There wasn't a mess, the guys were really nice and we haven't had any problems with our AC since. Our neighbor liked Mike so much he used him to do some maintenance work, and then his brother used him as well. So far everyone is happy. So I continue to recommend M&S air conditioning. People continue to thank me.
