Dental Examination
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays at this time, including the panoramic x-ray to diagnose any issues pertaining to the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth, as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for diagnosis of any proximal decay of the posterior teeth.

Resin Composite
• Composite fillings — as their name implies, composite fillings are a mixture of resins and fine particles that can be designed and adjusted to match the color of natural teeth. While not as strong as dental amalgam, composite fillings provide a pleasing aesthetic alternative. Composite resins may need to be cemented or bonded to a tooth to allow for better adhesion.
