Rand Income Tax

Rand Income Tax has by far, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called and left a message for Paul, the accountant in charge of the business I had worked for, and he never called me back. When I called back to confirm that I could get my W-2 faxed to me he yelled at me that he would mail it to me (April 1st mind you), then told me to stop calling and bothering him and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to request that it be faxed instead of mailed as it is quite close to April 15th, he picked up and said that I had called three times, that I was a bother, and to stop calling him. He then proceeded to hang up on me again, and I am still left in the dark about what is going on about my W-2. Use anybody but this company.
