I have to agree with all the reviews listed below. This place is a hell hole.



They had a great deal on Groupon and I jumped on it--two manicures and pedicures for $35. I called the merchant to make my appointment and they would not schedule it over the phone. They asked me to go through Groupon's website. I did just that and had to wait three weeks to make an appointment. It looks like they don't leave all time slots open. They only have a select few slots for online booking and leave the rest for their non-Groupon customers who call to make their appointment.



The day before my appointment, I get a call to confirm. I was asked to come two hours earlier because they could not see me at 4PM. Fine. I did as they pleased.



The day of my appointment arrives and I get to Esthetic Quick. I give the owner, Maria, my voucher and I'm taken to the back and introduced to my manicurist. Let me tell you that this place needs a makeover. Not at all what you expect of a nail salon in Coral Gables. My manicurist's presentation was very poor. She had her radio on and it was ghetto music. Not what you expect in Coral Gables! She stopped doing my manicure at least four times to answer text messages and phone calls. I was so annoyed because I had no time to waste. I had hired a baby sitter for two hours since I have a four month old and didn't want to jump into a third hour of pay. She did a good job, I do have to admit that.



While getting my pedicure, the owner comes to me and tells me that my Groupon had already been used and it was not valid for the first time use. I told her that it must have been a mistake and to check again because I had never been there. She insisted that I had been there and I told her there was no way and to check her records. It turns out it was her mistake, but she didn't even apologize.



After my service was finished, I went to the front to book my second appointment. The owner refused and asked me to book online through Groupon. How annoying.



I get home and try to book my appointment. Surprise surprise! I can't book it. I could only book the first appointment. I called Esthetic Quick to tell them this and they had the audacity to tell me to call Groupon for support. WTH?? I called Groupon and they had to get in touch with the merchant in order to book my next appointment. Maria gets in touch with me via email and we agree that my appointment is set for Aug. 1st at 4PM. I mean, seriously? All this to come back to you and make my appointment? What a waste of my time.



August 1st arrives and I get there at 3:50PM for my appointment. I put $3 in meter money, hired a baby sitter for two hours at $15 an hour, and hurry to the location. It turns out Maria scheduled me for August 4th at 4PM instead of August 1st. The short haired lady at the front desk said there was nothing she could do for me and that I would have to come back. I was like, really? Are you going to pay for my baby sitter's time today and the following day because of the negligence of your owner? NO!!!!!



I was so livid, I contacted Groupon and got my $35 refunded. Hey, at least I got a free manicure and pedicure the first appointment. I GOT A FULL REFUND!!!!!
