We use exclusively sakura pork belly, a Japanese breed known for having a sweet clean flavor and lean rosy pink meat, organic eggs for our delicious soft boiled ajitama, and the best fresh noodles from Sun. Whether it’s a rich white pork broth tonkotsu ramen or a refreshing vegetarian garden ramen with a tofu burger, we’ve got all the ramen lovers covered. If ramen is not your thing, try one of our delicious fried rices or load up on our tasty appetizers.
