        Overall

        Left us high and dry after quoting policies and completing documents ... they simply vanished. Did not answer calls, failed to respond to numerous messages and emails. No apology, no explanation! Left us with just 2 business days to scramble to find new insurance. BEWARE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Will update if we ever hear from them. Stay tuned!
