Mr. Inokuchi, in my experience, did not provide adequate representation. As a result, I was forced to obtain alternate representation months in to the process. There were several instances in which I requested vital information to be relayed to the ADA which I found out later were relayed without detail and in some instances not at all, resulting in months of wasted time, and a bad outcome as the conditions in which the incident occured were misrepresented, and by the time proper council was sought any new vital information for the state was dismissed as an attempt to change the story after the fact. Additionally, he did not return any attempts at contact, including phone, mail, and fax, until the day before each court appearance, leaving little to no time to properly discuss your case. Upon switching to another lawyer it became plain to see that several basic concepts of Oregon law involving my case we never brought to my attention by him, I cannot speak to whether he was even familia
