Middle Tenn Tree Service

I called the owner of this company on July 1st. He told me he'd come by at 3 to do an estimate; I had to run some errands but he called me before 3, before I got home, saying he was at my house, so I rushed home to meet him. I got there within 5 or 10 minutes, but he was gone. I called him back, and he told me he'd gone up the road to get some gas, so I waited. When he came back, he gave us what we thought was a really good estimate to cut down one large tree, so we asked him to go ahead and cut the tree. He said he'd come back Wednesday of the next week and would call to let us know a little bit ahead of time. Wednesday we stayed home waiting for him to call, nothing. Next morning I called him and he said he was going to do his best to get to us the next day, because he was going on vacation for a week the following Monday, and again promised to call. Today is the 20th and I've yet to receive any calls from him. The last time I talked to him, I asked him if he needed to write my number down but he said no, it was stored on his phone, so there's no excuse for this behavior, except that he has a completely unacceptable work ethic... and that's putting it politely.

if you want quality tree service and a job to be done right, call someone else......waited on this guy 3 different times......moved stuff out of the way 3 different times....WOW
