Light-Parker Furniture Co Store

I normally don't write a review but I feel like I have to. I just happened to stop by at the store today since they have a sale going on. I was with my 3 girls.. The first thing that the manager DEAN told us was : "Girls, do not eat candy while you're here because these furnitures are very expensive". I don't mind being told my girls to be careful but he didn't have to talk to us in a demeaning way. I bought most of my furnitures from a high end place but I was never treated this way in my life. I then saw a chandelier wrought iron that I wanted to buy and asked for info regarding installation and delivery. I was again treated with disrespect. I felt like I was belittled because he already assume that I cannot afford to buy from that place. DEAN if you are reading this, show some respect to your customers and do not under estimate anyone because of the way they look. You don't know what I do for a living. I am appalled by your attitude! Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First time at this place, will never go back and will never recommend this to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! I thought waiting for furniture for 5 months was long....just read the review of the gentlemen that waited 9 months..yikes!! The owner Steve told me he would give me full refund last Thursday and has avoided my call since! Looks like my lawyer will have to get in touch with his lawyer! NOT A good way to do business! I will smear this business name everywhere I can! I highly recommend looking up other reviews....you start to see a pattern of this business making customers wait for their furniture!! There's too many other places that have better customer service then this one. Now wonder they had to close their other store!! I see that in the future for this one!
