CAUTION; I purchased a Husqvarna mower from Stop last year. The drive pulley melted so I returned the mower to Stop for warranty repair. About a week later I called and they said it was ready ( they will not call customer. I reported several issues to a salesman for repair and the pulley was only replaced. Brought it home and mowed the next day, before I could finish I noticed the belt shredding pieces all over. Took mower back next day and explained (and all employees agreed) that it was not repaired correctly. This time and after $200.00 for someone else to mow it sit at Stop 2 week and was never touched. I picked up the mower and took it to a different dealer. They showed me 3 more bearings that were going out (why did Stop not discover this, lack of experienced mechanics). I traded it in right away. Moral of this: do not buy or deal with Stop Equipment and think hard about purchasing a Husqvarna mower.

We bought a new badboy mower and it only has 26 hrs on it and it had to go in shop at 12 hrs and they kept it 3 weeks then and now it just dies while mowing and want start. It is a piece of JUNK not happy at all.And on top of that they want to charge $4.00 a mile to come pick up this junk if you don't have a trailer to haul it on. They are all in a hurry to sell but service sucks after you buy.

Left mower there 7weeks for a pulley and a belt. 7 weeks...... Arrived and was told that it was finally completed only to be cussed out by the mechanic. No lie.... I was treated very well by the staff inside but the mechanic is very unprofessional. This is not a review to be hateful or to hurt someone's business. This is the truth. After letting the people in the office know about their mechanic dropping the F Bomb on me several times, I left thinking the owner would call me and the mechanic would no longer be working there. He's still working there to this day and I've yet to hear from management. It's been about three weeks. I waited in order to give them time to correct the problem before I posted this review. I've never left a review in my entire life. Thought this one was very important. Horrible service with many excuses. I could go into the conversation that led up to the mechanic cussing me out but I've wasted enough of my time talking about this company and space is limited.

I called these folks two weeks ago based on the warranty company's suggestion of who was authorized to fix my cub cadet. I should have been called within 48 by them to schedule a pick up. I didn't hear back until almost a week as the the ONLY guy who does the warranty stuff only works 2 days a week (no one else has a clue). I work an hour away from where I live so I asked them to pick up my mower on a Saturday. The told me they could not because they don't work on Saturdays but obviously they do as their FB page shows hours of 9-1. So I made arrangements to come an hour later to work so they could be pick up on a Tuesday. The called me the Friday before to confirm pickup and confirmed for Saturday. they just told me they don't work Saturday and I had already made plans I cannot break. So we confirmed for Tuesday. Here it is Tuesday and no one shows. Their person called in sick. DID IT EVER DAWN ON YOU TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ANOTHER DRIVER!! They wanted to pick up then but I was already 2 hours later to work and it would have been two more hours late resulting in me losing 1/2 day of work just to PICK UP a mower. They wanted me to leave my mower and property unlocked so they could come by and get my mower without me there. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! NO! The service so far sucks and I have not even had anything done. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and I have yet to hear from him. They claim to be a christian company .. funny, the owner doesn't seem to care to much about calling his customers - you know the ones you're blessed to have!!

STOP Equipment in Conroe has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a $3500 Bad Boy and the mower deck idler pulley has disintegrated twice within the one year warranty. The mower is still under warranty. STOP admitted that the pulley is defective for use in the South. I offered to pay for an upgraded pulley if they would cover the labor under warranty but they refused saying they had to install another defective, under-engineered pulley. I will never spend another dime with STOP Equipment.
