Lakeside Gastroenterology & Liver

This was my first visit and it was pretty much a waste .My appointment was supposed to be today 1430. I arrived at 1300 the doors locked and no -notice on the door. I called the answering service who could not provide me with any information as to why.

I waited in my car and returned to the office 1345, signed in and provided the completed paperwork. After sitting for 30 mins i heard a patient come in and be told that the DR was running late. There are various DR's at this location so I thought no more of it. At 1425 I then asked if the doctor I was seeing had arrived. I was advised no he was not yet at the location but apparently was on his way, however there were 3 patients ahead of me which meant that I would need to wait another 1.5 hours to be seen. The staff seemed to be selective as to who needed to know the DR was in and who did not. Waited quite some time for this appointment only to be let down.
