Our family has been going to Northpoint Eye Studio for several years now and are very happy with the care and service we receive. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. One of our children wears glasses, and she's always been able to find just the right style that looked great on her.

Because I work long days using two computer monitors, by the end of the day my eyes would get very tired. This was the only eye doctor's office that the doctor told me about "office lenses", and these have been a life saver for me. With these lenses, I see more of my screens clearly without having to move my head as much, and my eyes don't get as tired at the end of the day.

If you are needing an eye doctor, I would definitely recommend Northpoint Eye Studio. I know they will take good care of you, because they've taken good care of me and my family.

Our family of four WERE patients for a few years, spending thousands of dollars in exchange for the expected eye care examinations and products. However, BUYER BEWARE, upon purchasing a pair of progressive lenses with frames from NORTHPOINT EYE STUDIO and the establishment not being able to get in right after 90 days, THE LOST BECAME OURS.

When things go well, it is easy to have good relationships with businesses, however, the moment, we became dissatisfied after their numerous failed attempts to get it right, we were informed we had two choices, receive a credit on the frames, WHICH WE CANNOT USE ANYWHERE BUT AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT or just continue to have them make adjustments which have currently left my wife with headaches when wearing these specific pair of glasses.

When this issue was discussed with our credit card company, Dr. Joyce Adeleke, OD provided MISLEADING, INACCURATE AND INCOMPLETE INFORMATION when responding to our complaint.

While this doctor and her Practice Manager have been discussing matters with my wife, the moment, I began discussing this matter with them - this doctor indicated I could not be a part of these discussions, even with my wife's consent. This position has nothing to do with privacy laws, as no medical information is being discussed and furthermore, our vision insurance is in my name.

Note, there is NO REFUND OR OTHER POLICIES posted in the office or on any of the paperwork or receipts we received. After all that has transpired with our family and Northpoint Eye Studio, WHY WOULD WE WANT TO RECEIVE A CREDIT AND PURCHASE ANOTHER PAIR OF GLASSES.

After spending thousands of dollars over the the years, at the end of the day this doctor would rather stand by her MISLEADING, INACCURATE AND INCOMPLETE INFORMATION, as opposed to merely giving us in cash or credit to our account the amount of the credit they agreed to --- $261.

When people know better, you would think they would do better ...
