NOA Nails Spa

We have been going here for a year now and we have always been happy with the place except a couple times when they cut my cuticles and made my hands bleed. The last experience I had it was the worst though! My daughter and I got SNS and she had Tiffany as her technician. The next day one of her nails chipped. She went back and got it fixed and the technician who fixed it said the SNS coating was too thin and that was the reason it chipped. 6 days later 2 more nails chipped and I called and talked to the manager (she didn't want to tell me her name). I explained the situation and that it's only been a week and asked if she could come to get them all fixed since we know the problem is that the coating was put on too thin. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ADDRESSED MORE RUDELY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I was told that "unless she sits around like a queen and does nothing, the nails will chip". There is nothing she can do for natural occurring situations and that she should pay more attention with the nails. She literally lectured me on how to use our hands when we have SNS on, after I told her that we've had SNS done for years. She also told me that I need to take a breather because "nobody is dying". Absolutely the worst customer service ever. We will not go back!
