        Repeated trouble dealing with this Lowe's store

        I have been a good loyal Lowes customer for 20 years now but I have had repeated troubles with this store since I have lived in Concord the past 3 years. First, we order some special order blinds that came in both broken and the wrong size, even after paying the detail fee and having the windows measured. Most recently, I purchased a Washing Machine from the store. We had a delivery time from noon to 4, only to find out at 5PM, that the cashier had rang our order up incorrectly as "carry home" so no delivery ticket was printed. Now, this might not be a big deal if you are replacing a working machine, unfortunately our Whirlpool Gold series washer died after only 7 years.
