We are Concord’s premiere Women’s health club. Our courteous and professional staff has served Concord Area women over 15 years now, with results worth boasting about. Our gym combines a full range of fitness classes & exercise equipment tailored to women. We at FITNESS FOR HER are excited for your future success. We are trained professionals who are here to help you in your health related goals. This club is owned and operated by a local business woman.At FITNESS FOR HER we do not believe in contracts, which is why we only have an enrollment fee and monthly dues. These can be paid by cash, check or debit cards.The facility is a little over 7200 sq. feet with lots of different workout areas. These areas consist of an aerobics room with several different classes; a cardio area which includes treadmills, elliptical, bikes and televisions; a weight area which includes free weights, abdominizer, pin-stacked weighted machines to work every body part, a five multi-station jungle gym and much more. Another is the sauna which is located in our locker room. Our facility also includes a nursery and juice bar.

Aerobics RoomWe provide several types of aerobics classes and times. From beginner aerobics to advanced. Classes differ from month to month, but the time frames stay the same. Classes start any where from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Aerobic schedules are available each calendar month.CardioThe cardio equipment we offer includes treadmills, elliptical, stair steppers, precore and recumbent bikes ( all made by Lifefitness ). The cardio equipment is designed to burn fat and calories. Equipped with a heart rate monitor, one can target ones’ heart rate zone in order to lose the desired weight. Also, provided in the cardio area are televisions that members can watch at their convenience.Equipment & WeightsWe have a full selection of upper body and lower body machines which are pin-stack weighted and are manufactured by Icarian and Cybex. All members will be walked through each piece of equipment when they join. This is to ensure the proper use and correct workout. We also have a full range of free weights from 3 pounds to 30 pounds with a flat bench, incline bench, smith machine and squat rack.SaunaWe have included in the facility a ten person, dry heat sauna. This sauna may be used any time a member desiresFree Child CareThe nursery is provided to all of our members’ children who need a safe environment in which to play while the mothers work out. The nursery age starts at eight weeks old and goes up to the age of fourteen. The nursery is provided with a television set, toys, games, books and a Day Care Attendent.
