Terrible service!!!! I ordered a balloon arrangement for my in laws through sendflowers.com. The balloons were "it's a boy" balloons to surprise my in laws and let them know we're having a boy. The card was supposed to say "get ready for a grandson!" They were supposed to be delivered on 2/18 by 6pm. I called send flowers during the day and they said the order was on schedule and they even confirmed with the florist. That evening my mother in law called to congratulate us. I asked if she got the balloons. She said no, the lady called and said she wouldn't make it until tomorrow but that they were its a boy balloons from my husband and I to let them know they have a grandson on the way. I was blown away that this florist took it upon herself to think it was appropriate to be a day late and just verbally convey the message! I could have told my mother in law over the phone but I wanted it to be a surprise! Sendflowers.com contacted the florist telling her she should have called them to let them know the order would be delayed and they would have contacted us but that contacting the recipient and telling them what the surprise was is inappropriate. She was extremely rude to send flowers.com. They said she saw nothing wrong with what she did!! In the end she got paid in full through them but they refunded me 100% and said this florist would be removed from their vendor list. I'd encourage you to read the google and yahoo reviews on this florist as well....she has terrible reviews everywhere.

I CANNOT believe how rude the woman that answered the phone when I called was to me. I needed to order some flowers for a funeral for the next day, and every other flower shop I called couldn't make the flower arrangement I wanted. I called once, and someone just flat out hung up on me. I called again, and it sent me right to voicemail. I waited a couple of minutes and called a third time, and I was greeted with a very rude "CAN I HELP YOU?" like I was a problem. First impressions are everything...this florist doesn't know what real customer service is...don't have a phone line if you don't want customers or phone calls. Rude, rude, rude.
I AM TRULY SORRY THIS CUSTOMER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY SHOP.I AM THE ONE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE ON A SUNDAY WHEN WE WERE CLOSED. NO ONE SPOKE THE FIRST TWO TIMES I SAID HELLO. I DID SAY CAN I HELP YOU THE THIRD RING WHICH WAS NOT OUR WAY ON TREATING OUR CUSTOMERS. AGAIN I DO APOLOGISE TO THIS LADY. WE HAVE A LOT OF GOOD CUSTOMERS THAT WE SERVICE AND PLEASE EVERYDAY!M.S.HARTSELL
