Briggs Collision

I have always taken my vehicles to Hendrick Collision Center but, after my last experience(2017) with my 2011 Hyundai Genesis of them not providing quality repairs as I had received prior to my last visit…. I said “NEVER AGAIN”!!!!! I then took my 2011 Hyundai Genesis to Briggs Collision Center(my first visit 2021) when she was wrecked pretty bad and they totaled her out. I met one of the Co-Owners: Chad Briggs and he just made me feel at ease and I knew then I had found a Respectable Man and Owner of a business that cared about their customers. (Second visit 2022) I have an 2015 Genesis G80 and she had some rear quarter panel damage, bumper damage and rear door damage from by some other vehicle owner and knew where to take her for repairs. When I arrived at Briggs Collision Center they immediately provided me with amazing customer service as well as respect and professionalism!!!! They made the process of getting my car into the shop for exceptional and quality body repairs!!!! I highly recommend Briggs Collision Center if you ever need body work or detailed services done for your vehicle needs!!!! Chad Briggs made me feel like not only a valued and respected customer but, a friend and that says a lot about him as an Owner and as a man!!!! I cannot say enough great things about Chad Briggs and his team at Briggs Collision Center and the customer service, quality service, professionalism and respect that I received!!!!!
