        Attempting to speak with a manager can be next to impossible. Personnel do not know the meaning of "hustle" when they are busy. Geek squad is great but forget trying to get help in general. Plan on 30 minutes to an hour if u need to approach service counter for any reason even if u r prepared with all info and product. "Pack a lunch folks!"

        Grumpy customer service desk that was very short on customer service but long winded on policy and what they would NOT do on the defective Samsung tablet.
