Concord Kia

a buddy of mine gave me a business card of the salesman he last bought his car from, i decided to call him up and ask him about their Lancers don't ask why, I am just in love with them. He really knew what was in their inventory because right off the bat he told me how many they had in stock and an estimated price, I was very intrigued was made an appointment with him in an hour. He was very professional and knew what was going on, the whoel experience was great I picked out the vehicle and they put me in finance right away. I was very impressed with the fast paced service, they had no issues with my old car and I got about 6 thousand for it, which was my down payment and made my monthly payments very easy. I'm glad I listened to my friend, and I'll be handing out his business cards too to people I like.

I'm very very late in writing this review, but I have to because my sales guy from three months ago called to make sure my car was doing great! For his consideration and kindness, I am writing my reviews about the great service I had just reminisced about… so here goes! I bought a preowned Montero last February and I can say that it was the single best car buying experience I've ever had. I was looking for a new Mitsubishi for months before coming across this dealer on a google After an immense amount of research, I knew what was a fair price and what wasn’t. This was the only dealership that did not try to mislead me nor did they try to push me into purchasing. They literally gave me the best price they could offer, which was actually the best price I found online.

Overall they made the car buying experience enjoyable. My wife first looked at different vehicle and really treated her well. After four days of going back and forth between three vehicles we finally made a decision. After purchase several problems found on the vehicle. They took care of the vehicle made it look great at no charge. Only down fall is all sales staff is new expect for very few.

I just picked up a Kia Soul and I am one happy freakin' car buyer. They had an Internet special price that was pretty good comparing prices from KBB and Edmund's. With our shrinking budget and poor credit rating I didn't think we'd be able to pull it off. Mr Lee was just wonderful to work with - she helped get us the price and options that we could afford in a far simpler less tedious manner compared to other car buying experiences we've had. I'd highly recommend Concord Kia!

I bought a new Kia Soul on Saturday and the finance manager helped me get my payments setup and explained everything and did really well. There was a minor problem with the interior lights. I sent my car to the service center and Allan hooked it up. I`m very satisfied with the service. John was very pleasant and very informative. His customer Service was outstanding and he was able to assist myself and another customer that had been waiting to ask a question. There should be more CSR people with his sense of humor and dedication

We had a great experience at Kia of concord. We originally just intended to browse for cars and did not anticipate on making a purchase same day. We were greeted by Mohammad who was friendly, knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. Initially we were considering financing a used car which Mohammad reviewed the inventory with us. We inquired about leasing a new car and ultimately we decided to go with a new Optima – which was far beyond expectation. Throughout the entire process Mohammad explained each step and made the process smooth. We love our brand new Optima and definitely recommend Mohammad and concord Mitsubishi Kia

I had a great car buying experience at Concord Mitsubishi. I was initially not looking forward to buying a new car since I did not want to deal with car salesmen who pressure me to buy a car. But that was not the case at the concord mitsu dealership. I had Joe and Ryan help me, and they made the process easy without any pressure to buy. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. I ended up buying a Lancer at a GREAT price and love it.

their service writers are soooo nice. They handled a call with my questions just terrific, remembered me when I introduced myself upon arrival, and made sure to take good care. escalated to the manager when needed, and I was in and out of there in no time!

I’ve been using your service department for almost five (5) years and always come away happy. All my services have been a 10. Youve also done warranty work for me with no hassle what so ever. Today, I did my 30k maintenance. I was going to go to Speed Element in Fremont because they were cheaper by $150. But Kevin explained to me why it is better to use Concord Mitsubishi. I am so glad that I listened to Kevin Graybehl. Kevin from the first time I brought my car to today has always been EXTREMELY helpful. AND....Joe the mechanic is the BEST!!! Not only is he a great mechanic that will explain everything to you, he also owns an Evolution. I just want to let you (hopefully I got the write person) know that I am a very happy happy customer. Concord Mitsubishi is so very fortunate to have employees like Kevin and Joe.

I never thought I would ever say this about a dealership, but Concord Mitsubishi really changed my perspective about salesmen. Concord Mitsubishi has the largest inventory of new Mitsus I have seen in the past few weeks plus they keep their cars CLEAN! The people are actually competent and know what they are talking about. My sales person was young, but he seemed honest and he was able to answer every question I had about their Lancer. I left after breakfast and came back with my brand new 2011 Lancer by lunch time. I have never purchased anything so important so easily before.

I know that the phrase "honest mechanic" seems to be an oxymoron, but not when you are talking about the mechanics. I've had my Lancer repaired here several times over the years and have gotten good service and value. The staff have always been super friendly, professional and efficient with all my repairs. In addition to my cars, they have also serviced my girlfriend's cars as well as her family member's cars, too. I have always been happy that their service is never trying to sell you what you do not need and always gets it right the first time.

I have purchased two cars in the last five years from Concord Mitsu .All of the salesmen were consistent and professional. I noticed they will go to any expense to service you. Our last purchase was the best, they kept everything organized and was on top of the paperwork. If you have a question or problem, you can reach them right away, good people.

Excellent service. Walked in looking for an Sub and was matched up with a great sales guy (Tony) who was helpful and attentive. I drove the Outlander, sat down and talked about options, ect., I left to think about it and was not pressured to buy on the spot , got a super nice email from the sales guy, spent a couple days negotiating a price via email and bought the vehicle - picked it up on the Saturday and was out of there in no time. Smooth and painless experience. Way different than the experience I had with the sales guy from Honda.

So ive been searching all over and going to many, many different stores for an economical car. I just want a simple, cheap brand new car but for some reason every place ive been to is not interested in selling me a vehicles except Concord mitsu. One morning I was having breakfast at McDonalds and saw an ad in the paper it was the car for the price I thought it was worth, I immediately called the number and the receptionist quickly transferred me to a salesperson, he told me that he had three cars in that price range and to come in whenever I had time, I couldn’t get off work until 8 but the guy was nice enough to stick around for me. I highly recommend this dealer because they really do have the best selection for good prices and the salesmen really value their customers.

I have been a customer of Concord mitsu for a number of years now and trust few others as I do them. Concord Service dept is full of tireless workers and they know how to get results for their cleints. As a long time mitsubishi customer, I find Concord to be the best representation of a great mitsu dealer. Always reachable, knowledgeable, and do an exceptional job on my evo. I would send my friends and family to no one else, and If you Concord Mitsubishi for your car buying or service needs, you are in good hands.

I was so upset when I came on the lot to find they did not have the exterior color I wanted :( but the salesman went right to work to locate the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted and he came through superb!!!!!!!!!! I was so surprised at how much this man cared about what I wanted, because I am so specific! He had the car ready for me within a few hours so I could test drive it. I couldn't wait I was so excited, the car was perfect with its moonroof, great stereo, and a AUX for my iPhone!!! I will definitely come back for my nest buy, since this is the ONLY dealership that has ever helped me get what I really want!!!

I know the car sales game because I have many friends who've been in the auto sales game for years, and they've told me all about these tricks and tactics. It's the usual "they don't listen to you; you listen to them". In the end, you'll either end up broke or deal with the dirty aftermath of buying from another dishonest car dealership.

Since I've already been screwed by most of the dealerships in the area, I decided to do some online research a little bit outside of my comfort zone. I've really been wanting a Lancer for some time now and found Concord Mitsubishi I was expecting rude degenerates like every other dealership I've been to.

But my experience was very different at Concord Mitsubishi Not only did they NOT jerk me around with the usual salesman buddies acting like they're fighting authority to actually help us out, they were very straight forward - But they got the pricing I WANTED, approved by their GM and we were on our way to finance. Finance was great too, they LISTENED to what I WANTED, and I got what I WANTED. I was very shocked by the service I received from here and I will be coming back soon when my parents' lease ends!

I have a 2005 Scion TC, and i'm always cautious about purchasing a vehicle from most dealerships. I had a lot of different and weird salesman aproach me, but i felt most comfortable at Concord Mitsubishi I'm glad to have found a good dealership who don't try to get more money out of me, instead their salesman offered me a lower invoice and helped me pick the right car that was safer for my budget. And how convenient that they deliver! I usually carpool to work so I hid the key to my car on the street and the dealer delivered my new car and drove my Scion back to the dealer. I saved so much time and money, I could not be any happier!! I will and have recommended this dealer to all of my friends and family looking for a new car!

No pressure from the sales guy that was helping me out. I really took my time picking a car for my daughter. I test drove three different Lancers and then finally decided on the model and color. He showed me all the features. I felt that he really was looking out for my best interest, not just selling the car. I must have been on the lot for 5 minutes before being uproached in a polite manner. They got me financed, too. I thought i was going to go through my own vredit union, but they made me an offer I could not refuse. My daughter was extatic. Great Job!
