worst office i can ever step into. they will make you feel confident on starting a policy with them they will fill out all your information wrong mix your information with other polices. the first month i started my policy i was literally in their office at least 4 times trying to fix my policy info which they filled out all wrong. it is always full of people because they loose most documents. i couldn't even cancel my policy even though i had just got it. i wasn't going to give them bad reviews but since my parents have a policy with them and my little brother is on there policy and not on mine they mixed up our info and now i'm dealing with all this extra paper work because they don't know how to do there job!!
