love this place ! I brought in my car for an overheating problem , they were able to have me back on the road very quickly .THE GUYS are awesome and trustworthy - I WILL BACK ! highly recommend TOP LUBE CENTER !!

Talk about a Full Service Environment. The only place me and my entire family go for anything automotive. I see them two maybe three times a year for routine maintenance and when the check engine light mysteriously turns on, they give me peace of mind and help assist immediately. Undoubtedly, the best in the area. If 10 stars could be given, they have a 10 star review every time!! Thank You for giving this ignorant guy peace of mind. See you in 2,000 miles. (Next visit)

Let me start this review by saying the employee's are Polite, courteous, professional and fast! Everything you could ask for in an employee who does customer service.



I wish i could say the same about the owner.



My most recent (and last visit ever) to this location was for a brake service. Before i could fully explain what i needed the owner was running to the computer to give me a quote. I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor of the $225+ quote and was given the parts/labor split. When i informed him i the labor price sounded great and that the parts where in the back seat the labor price suddenly went UP by $10. When i inquired why the whole attitude changed and the owner got all offended and actually informed me that (i'm paraphrasing, but this is very close to an exact quote) "You have no right to tell me how to run my business."



You're right. i dont have a right to tell you how to run your business. I put aside your high pressure condescending attitude the first time i met you & blew it off as a bad day thing. After experiencing your attitude a 2nd time i decided to use the right that every customer has - to take their business (and $$) somewhere where they'll get treated with respect.



I'm glad that $10 was so critical to your ego. Because i didn't just leave the other day. I left for good. Your little attitude stunt just cost you over a dozen of those $46 high mileage oil changes i get MONTHLY (or more frequently due to my drive schedule) and other maintenance services for the upcoming 2014 year.



I'm sure your competitor that i'm now taking my business to will appreciate it though.



ps: Here's a business recommendation for you - let your staff run the show like you hired them to do. At least they understand how to provide customer SERVICE with respect and dignity.

I decided to try this place after receiving 'not so great' service down the street at a competitor. I thought this place did a great job servicing my car. I worked directly with Sam & Chris and I felt that they both were VERY knowledgeable about the products & explained in great detail the difference between the products and what the benefits of each were, without ever feeling the pressure to upgrade or purchase anything additional. I couldn’t ask anything more out of an instant oil change! I will be back again & again!!
