I am a repeat customer of A1. They always offer fair prices and excellent service!

I took my Samsung to a1-radio and tv to be repair. I met ray he bought the tv in his home because of being to heavy. He told me he could have my TV repair in a few hours. A few hours later he called and told me that I can come pick up my TV on the sameday I had my TV back to be able to sit and relax watching my programs before bed. Thank you ray for repairing my TV in a fast and timely.

My TV needed repair so I contacted the people at A-1 Radio & TV Services. The man was very helpful and informative on what was wrong with my TV. The TV was repaired on the date that he told me and let me know what exactly what was wrong with my TV. The man was very professional and knew what he was doing. If I have any other problems on TV's I will be going back to A-1 Radio & TV Services and recommend anyone else to go there that needs help repairing TVs.

Can I say horrible horrible. The man was so rude, arrogant. Won't tell you whats wrong and the so high of a price and no warrenty on his work. Just call someone else, don't give him your hard earned money. After this we called Oakland electronics and they warranty for 9 months and they explain whats wrong !!!! And make sure thats the probelm.

I called on Saturday morning and I have 2 TV's that need repair, I call this guy and he says he will do house calls but at $58.00 to look at the first TV and $30 to look at the second TV plus whatever they need to get fixed. I reluctantly agree and ask when he can be here and he says Monday! I am not here weekdays and he says that is the best he can do. I call the next guy on the list, he has 25 years experiance, charges $40.00 for the house call, will come later today and is coming from Dearborn.
