Mavis Discount Tire

I usually go to the Mavis in Islandia, which is excellent, but I needed to get an inspection done on my lunch hour and this was the closest location. NEVER AGAIN. Lesson learned, I assumed that I would get the same quality service I was use to at Islandia, but that was certainly not the case. I purposely made a reservation online to insure that I could get it done on my lunch. I arrived prior to my reservation time and waited 15-20 minutes before they even took my reservation slip, keys and vehicle information. I stressed that I was on my lunch break and was just going across the street and would be back shortly. When I got back 45 minutes later my car was still in the same parking spot. When I inquired as to if my car was done, or still waiting, I was responded to with a "well if it is still outside in the same spot, it probably wasn't done". I asked how much longer it would be as I had to get back to work, and I was told that they were very busy and I could try coming back tomorrow. I told them that I had a reservation to avoid this type of issue, and they told me that it was like making a reservation at a restaurant and my "waiting time starts when I come in" and that they couldn't "just hold a lift" for me because I made a reservation. In my opinion that is exactly what a "reservation" is, so that you do not have to just wait behind everyone else by just walking in. Terrible customer service and I will never take my vehicles there again for any service. I will be getting my inspection done by anyone other then these guys!
