I am an unsatisfied customer. Chris overcharges for poor quality. $200 and some pieces of my natural hair were left uncolored? For that reason I could not put my sew-in up in a ponytail. Also I get dark rinses every six months and never has my hair broken off the way it did with her. Also cutting many inches of my real hair to blend with my full sew-in is not okay! I STRESS the quality of work is not worth $200.00. If I talk about the bad I must talk about the good. On the flipside Chris was able to work on my hair within 10 minutes of me arriving, which isn’t a long wait compared to other stylist. However getting me in quick to do a horrible job and overcharge is not worth it, I will not be returning.

The main purpose of this review is to hope she gives better service to her new customers not to hurt her business. We deserve better!

Got to my appointment 15 minutes early b/c the girl who took my reservation mentioned that the girl doing my waxing had to be at her second job so I thought if I showed up early she could get down sooner. 1 minute after arriving I got a call and she tried to cancel and I told her I was here she said she would be in then. Did not seem happy. After the other girl got done with an eyebrow arch she said she was going to call someone else in. The messages about a loud environment and stylist texting is very true. The stylist in front of me sent three or four text while doing what should have been a 5 min arch (it lasted 20+). Wish I would not have bought a Groupon.
