Do not buy from these people, they are a joke. All of the things they sell break down within a short time. There is no point in calling them, nobody ever answers.

all right, i bought a dell e6400 from smart in wichita ks on 06/06/15. first problem the battery would hold absolutely no charge. so i grab my receipt to call for a refund, on the receipt it says their is no warranty for battery. fine so i buy a battery. a couple of days later neither of the shift buttons work , as you may have noticed their isn't a single capital letter in this review, that would be why. so this time i actually call the number on the receipt and its an out of order disconnected number.

Not worth the hassle; not even worth one star!!

I purchased a tablet and was tricked into purchasing a wireless (USB) keyboard and mouse. I say "tricked" because the salesman made it sound like it was for use with the tablet I was purchasing. I told him I already had a wireless keyboard and mouse at home, and he stated that it is a "totally different technology" than the one he was trying to sell me. Of course, tablets don't have regular USB ports, so it is NOT for use with a tablet! At any rate, the mouse worked, with a new battery, for about 45 seconds (when I attempted to use the keyboard and mouse with my laptop), and the tablet's headphone port is missing the housing. (That is...it has a hole where one should be able to plug in headphones, but nothing in the hole to receive a jack!)

I made my purchase on April 28th, 2013, in Little Rock, AR, and have spoken to four people at Aroma Senses, LLC (which owns Smart Club), and have gotten nothing but a pass-the-buck run-around type of experience. I spoke to the owner who told me to call someone else who told me to talk to someone else who asked me to call back after they were back in Columbus. I did that and he then told me I needed to talk so some lady at the home office to set up an exchange, and it took me four business days to reach her...and she told me that I did not even need to talk to her! Then she said she would have the owner (who was the first person I spoke to) call me back on Monday (5/13)...which he did not do. So when I called them on 5/13, she said he was still travelling and he would probably call me on the a.m. of 5/14...which he did not do. So...not only was everything that I purchased faulty, they charged my debit card nearly $100 too much! Not a good experience, and not a reputable company...I would not recommend purchasing anything from any "liquidation sale" held by this company at the LR Fairgrounds...or anywhere else!

I have submitted a complaint to the Ohio Attorney General's Office, and am praying for a satisfactory resolution.

Lesson learned!!

Do not waste your time doing b...

Do not waste your time doing business with this place. I bought a Philips 52" flat television at a trade show in Wichita, KS from this company. The television has not worked since I got it home. I called Philips and they would not accept this company's receipt without a logo. I called Smart Club SEVERAL times and have been given the run around and they will not return calls.

I am ready to call the Kansas Better Business Bureau to report them and I am going to plaster this all over my facebook page with well over 800 friends if I do not get a return phone call within 24 hours. All I need is a legit receipt!
