Saturday's Hair Salon

Most horrible experience in my life!!! I've never had a perm, decided to get one.. Have NOT had any chemicals in my hair in almost a FULL year! Told lady I have sensitive skin, NO strand test, left the waving lotion on for 45m (supposed to be 25mins) then rinsed for 2mins tops.. Left the neutralizer on for 25m (only supposed to be 5mins tops) then rinsed for 2mins tops.. She was loud & angry the entire time. Now I am fighting through doctors to SAVE my chemical 3rd degree burns on face,neck,ears & scalp. Haor falling out by the handfuls. && all they can tell me is "wait for ur papers to see IF we'll pay for ur medical".. I want my haor fixed!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
