I have been in the fitness industry for over 7 years as a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Fitness Guru for 13 years in the United States Army, where I have received multiple commendations for Fitness Excellence and Master of Fitness. Our staff is very knowledgeable professional and courteous. we uderstand that everyone has their own current level of fitness and we embrace that but will continue to challenge you to reach new heights.
