Pad Door

Have delt with this company in the past, they did a good job on fixing my garage door springs. However my last job with them went well then until I found they overcharged me for a new garage door opener! The repair man said my old opener was shot, I asked what they offered. He quoted me 650.00 for a new opener I thought that was a bit high, but was led to belie this opener was a heavy duty industrial model with all these features etc. It is a Liftmaster. It is a great door opener but.....while I was in Home Depot a month later I noted that the same one I had installed was sold under the Chamberlain name(same company) for 250.00! Plus install. I don't think 400.00 would be the install charge! I email'ed the owner Tony, to let him know that I felt like I got bent over the table by them a little! He has yet to respond back to me. Because you give good service in the past does not give you the right to screw someone over. I liked this company. Now I can't recommend them to anyone. So sad.
