Children s Center for Developmental Enrichment provides a range of services for children with autism spectrum disorders. It also provides programs and services to support the families of children with autism spectrum disorders by providing a range of support and mental health services. It also offers programs to promote community awareness and collaboration in the fight to minimize the impact of ASD on the individual s successful membership in the community. It offers Oakstone Academy, a family focused program that offers a holistic intervention approach and inclusive educational placements for children with autism related disorders and their peers, enhancing meaningful social interaction between all children by increasing their awareness and tolerance for individual differences, while also developing academic competency. Family support services offered at Oakstone Academy include individual and family counseling, classroom and home-based consultations, and networking and linkage with relevant constituents.
