Oak Creek Dental Care

I was very happy with the treatment I received from the staff at Oak Creek. I walked in without an appointment. I had a broken tooth , I signed in at 11:45. and was taken care of and out the door by 1:00. with my problems solved. I made an appointment specifically to have a tooth fixed that had broken. I made it clear that I wanted it done in one visit. I was told this was no problem. LIE! I showed up for the appointment. They took xrays, then asked me when I would like to schedule the appointment to have the tooth fixed. I was told that they must have misunderstood my request, I would have been told differently if they understood what I was wanting. I asked when I made the appointment if they were a 'participating provider' for my insurance company. I was told yes. LIE! I later received a bill for twice what I was originally quoted. I asked about this and was told that they accept my insurance, but that they don't have a 'contract' with them. I made payment arrangements with them because I didn't have the full amount available. I was told that as long as my payment was received by the due date I would not be charged a late fee. LIE! My payment was due on the 18th, they received it on the 15th. Late fee!
