Midwest Auto Collision

If I could give zero stars I would. My car was given to this shop by a dealership to fix rust (under warranty). We got my car back with paint missing on a brand new panel, messy work, and a new scratch in the door. The guy we talked to said they would fix the missing paint, clean it up, and look at fixing the scratch if they did it. They had my car for a total of 3 weeks and there are still flaws from the initial delivery that do not appear to have been touched the second time around. It looks like all they did was realign the trunk and do an extreme detail. They then tried to say they would fix it (again) and give us a rental car. I refused the rental and took the car as is. I did not trust them to actually do right by me or my car with a third chance.

Worst experience ever. I was involved in a car accident, and my dealership had referred Midwest Auto Collision to do the repairs on my vehicle. I was introduced to David Cooper from Midwest Auto Collision. He kept informing me that he would handle everything. He told me that it would take a week and a half to get my PLASTIC bumper fixed. It took them 3 WEEKS to fix my vehicle and there was NEVER any communication from this company or anyone that worked here. Once I was able to pick up my car, David was full of excuses and apologies. I was told by Enterprise and David Copper, from Midwest Auto Collision, to leave the rental there at Midwest and someone from Enterprise will pick it up. Damage was done to the rental AFTER I left the rental with Midwest and David! I have tried calling Midwest Auto Collision and David Cooper with no return phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
