Dr. Hazelbacker is absolutely awesome! Super polite always willing to explain anything i have questions about....let me start by saying i travel 45 minutes to see Dr. Hazelbackern because he's that great...the nurses at maternohio, marysville office, are not what i would expect from such a great dr.

There is never any follow up about anything, unless i call repeatedly.

I went in for a yearly 3 weeks ago and got my bill before i got my results. I called to get the results, just to find out they had them but didnt care to call and let me know! I had requested on thursday by email a supervisor call me, never any follow up.

And they were also supposed to be checking with my insurance to get a new 3 year implant but after a week i had to call to check on the status and they had forgot to get me to sign paperwork. Thats understable, i can accept that but not calling and telling me if i want to have this looked into they need my signiture, is not acceptable. (Note 3 weeks later i still dont have an answer to if i can have it replaced or not).



Honestly im happy with my doctor, but it seems like every time im in the office the nurses drop the ball on my service. It makes me question if i should seek another doctor or not...
