Maloof Properties

Fred is a slumlord, he owns property throughout Columbus and doesn't take care of any of them. I had to send an escrow letter to get him to fix my and my neighbors bathtub because they were both leaking (after a year of complaining I may add). Then, there were bed bugs, he refuses to pay for treatments for any of his tenants so they just spread throughout the entire building, even though legally he is obligated to. He doesn't take responsibility for anything when you ask him, and tells you to call somewhere else or to fix things yourself.
