Louis Vuitton Columbus Easton Town Center

I purchased a LV monogram purse 13 months ago just before the store moved to Easton. One of the leather strap holders literally disintegrated. I took the purse to the New Easton store where they said that it would be sent out for repair that I "may not have to pay for the repair". The purse is supposed to last a life time, it didn't make it much past 12 months so I should not have to pay for repair. Also after using the purse for a year the leather color had turned the darker camel color meaning the new strap holder would be a different color than the rest of the leather. I was told it could take up to 6 weeks to get the purse back...after 7 weeks I called the store only to be told that my purse was completed and had been sitting in the store for 2 weeks, they claimed to have sent me an email and called my cell phone. No record of an email and no call on my call log. In the mean time I purchased another LV purse on line because the Easton store did not have it in stock. :-(

I drove to Columbus, Ohio from Becley, WV when I found out about the new store at the Easton Town Center. The store is beautiful. The salesperson, Cindy Haller was very nice and helpful. I ended up buying a monogrammed bag and a wallet. I will be back for more. Thankyou for the wonderful experience!
